From a small idea to deliver a better gaming experience for Malaysian players, 789wwin has grown into one of the most trusted online casino and sports betting platforms in the region.
789wwin was born from a simple observation — many Malaysian players who enjoy sports betting or casino games were forced to rely on international platforms not built for the local market. Complicated deposit processes, unfriendly interfaces, slow customer support, and a lack of games suited to Asian tastes were problems local players kept running into.
That is where 789wwin began. We built this platform with one clear goal — to deliver an online entertainment experience truly tailored to the needs, habits, and preferences of Malaysian players. From deposit methods like DuitNow and Touch 'n Go, to a Bahasa Melayu interface, to a game selection that includes titles popular across Asia, every design decision at 789wwin is made with Malaysian players in mind.
Since its launch in 2018, 789wwin has grown rapidly. Our member base has surpassed 100,000 registered players and continues to grow every month. Yet the growth in numbers is not our primary measure of success — what means more to us is the trust shown by Malaysian players who return to our platform day after day.
789wwin operates under a licence issued by a recognised international gambling regulatory body. All our operations comply with strict security and fair play standards to protect player interests.
To become the most trusted and most loved online entertainment platform in Malaysia and Southeast Asia — a platform players choose not because there is no alternative, but because it genuinely meets their expectations at every level of the gaming experience.
To provide a safe, fair, and enjoyable casino and sports betting platform by prioritising ease of use, transaction security, and player experience above all else. We believe responsible entertainment can go hand in hand with a truly exciting experience.
Six things we do better than other betting platforms available in the Malaysian market
All data and transactions at 789wwin are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by Malaysia's leading banks. Players' personal and financial information is never shared with third parties without consent.
From deposits to withdrawing your wins, all 789wwin transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit. No currency conversion fees, no hidden charges, and no confusion about the real value of your winnings.
The 789wwin Game Lobby hosts over 500 titles from the world's leading software providers — video slots, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, dragon tiger, and more. All playable from a single account.
The 789wwin app for Android and iOS is built specifically for a mobile experience — not just a scaled-down web version. Faster loading, a responsive touch interface, and live notifications make playing from your phone genuinely enjoyable.
The 789wwin support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is fully fluent in Bahasa Melayu. No language barriers when you need help — live chat, email, or support tickets are answered promptly and courteously.
The 789wwin sports betting section covers over 30 sports with odds updated in real time. Football, badminton, NBA, e-sports, and more are available with live betting during matches.
Every successful platform has a story behind it. This is 789wwin's journey — from a small, passionate team to an online entertainment platform trusted by hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players.
We were not perfect from day one. There were times our systems experienced disruptions, and times we made design decisions that needed correcting. But every challenge we faced taught us something, and each time we came back with a better, safer, and more user-friendly platform.
What we are most grateful for is the Malaysian player community that continues to show their support and share honest feedback. They are the main reason 789wwin keeps moving forward.
789wwin was founded with a core team of 12. The beta version of the platform launched with an initial focus on live casino games and slots from premium Asian providers.
FPX and Malaysian online banking are fully integrated into the platform. The first deposits via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks without any disruption marked a major milestone in 789wwin's technical maturity.
The 789wwin sports betting section launched with early coverage of EPL football and the Malaysian Super League. The live betting feature was introduced and immediately received an overwhelmingly positive response from players.
The native Android and iOS app launched alongside Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost integration. 789wwin became one of the first platforms to support payments via Malaysia's popular digital wallets.
Milestone of 50,000 monthly active members reached. The customer support team expanded to full 24/7 operations, staffed by Malay-speaking agents specifically trained to serve Malaysian players.
789wwin surpassed 100,000 registered members. The Game Lobby was upgraded with over 200 new titles including e-sports, crypto games, and exclusive content from leading software providers.
Five core principles that guide every decision we make as a platform
We do not compromise on integrity. Every game uses certified RNG, every transaction is processed transparently, and every promise we make to our players is kept.
Players' time is valuable. From instant deposits to fast withdrawals and a responsive interface — we optimise every aspect to minimise waiting time.
Player data protection is not optional — it is a responsibility. Multi-layered security systems and 24/7 monitoring ensure that players' accounts and funds are always safe at 789wwin.
All games at 789wwin use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure every game outcome is random, fair, and tamper-proof.
We believe healthy entertainment starts with responsible play. Self-control tools, deposit limits, and support resources are available to all players who need assistance.
Behind every button, every page, and every transaction on 789wwin, there is a hardworking team dedicated to making your experience the best it can be. We have over 150 staff across various functions — software development, platform operations, customer support, cybersecurity, marketing, and regulatory compliance.
Our customer support team is staffed exclusively by Malaysian personnel fluent in both Malay and English. When you reach out with any question or issue, you are speaking with someone who genuinely understands your context as a Malaysian player — not an automated bot or an overseas agent unfamiliar with local practices.
Our technology team consists of software engineers and infrastructure specialists who keep the 789wwin platform running at 99.9% uptime. Any technical disruption is addressed immediately, and players are always informed through official channels about any scheduled maintenance.
We also have a compliance team monitoring all operations to ensure 789wwin always operates within the correct regulatory framework. This is not merely about meeting legal requirements — it is our commitment to ensuring every player's funds are managed in the most ethical and responsible way possible.
We understand that online gaming carries addiction risks if not managed properly. That is why 789wwin provides a range of responsible gaming tools — daily deposit limits, loss limits, account cooling-off periods, and access to professional support resources for anyone who needs them.
Gaming at 789wwin is purely for entertainment. We encourage all players to play within their means, set realistic limits, and never chase losses. If you or someone you know shows signs of a gambling problem, professional help resources are always available.
Over 100,000 Malaysian players already trust 789wwin for their online entertainment experience. Register today, make your first deposit, and start enjoying everything our platform has to offer.
